The Via

The Via is a tiny home on wheels, designed by Liv-Connected, manufactured by ATOMIC Homes and sold by Endeavor. The design team used the best practices in building science, ergonomics, and aesthetics to integrate features including large, operable windows, tall ceilings for an uplifting environment, and a focus on eco-conscious, durable materials. Each Via is fully livable upon installation with all appliances, equipment, lighting, and finishes areincluded. The Via comes in three design packages–standard, farmhouse and modern. Various lengths are available from 24’-0” to 40’-0”, along with a selection of interior layouts and exterior finishes. Buyers can choose from many upgrades, making the home easily customizable. 

The Via is certified as a Park Model RV and designed to exceed the ANSI A119.5+ code standards, featuring full in-wall insulation with higher R-values than most tiny homes, energy efficient systems that easily connect to local utilities, and structural integrity certified by licensed engineers. Each home is manufactured using CNC construction technology, an automated process that allows for better precision, faster build timelines, significantly reduced material waste, and smooth scaling for larger quantity orders. Financing options are also available, making the Via an appealing solution for a wide range of home buyers.

Liv-Connected was founded in 2019 by architects, modular experts, and a healthcare practitioner, with the goal of creating a home that could be more affordable, skillfully designed, and able to integrate technologies to improve health and well-being. By rethinking how homes are lived-in, manufactured and installed, Liv-Connected designed the Conexus Home, a single-family modular home, followed shortly by the Via, the tiny home on wheels. 

ATOMIC Homes is the exclusive manufacturer of the Conexus and Via and brings more than two decades of experience constructing complex, rapidly deployable, and quick-to-assemble designs for live entertainment events. They seized the opportunity to bring their unique construction skills into the housing market, and together Liv-Connected and ATOMIC brought Via to market. All homes are manufactured at ATOMIC’s facility in Elizabethtown, PA. 

The Via is sold exclusively by Endeavor Management, a team of tiny home industry experts, who’s expansive knowledge of the facets in each stage of Tiny Home ownership stems from the planning and execution of successful communities in the Northeast United States, soon to expand further south and west. Their industry knowledge has impacted strategies for tiny living in both full-time and rental communities.
